Meeting rooms and hourly offices can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time, conference rooms up to 72 hours before, and monthly offices up to 7 days before. Later cancellations may incur a fee, which is shown before you confirm.

Yes. You can reschedule or extend a booking from your dashboard as long as the space is available for the new time. Any price difference is calculated automatically before you confirm the change.

No. All prices are shown in AED and the total at checkout is what you pay, so you always see the full amount before you confirm.

You can pay online by debit or credit card through our secure payment provider. Approved corporate accounts can also choose to pay by monthly invoice.

Yes. An invoice is issued automatically for every paid booking. You can download all your invoices from the billing section of your dashboard, and add your company details to your profile so they appear on future invoices.
