Booking rules

Standard terms for meeting rooms. Individual workspaces may state their own rules.

  • Cancellation

    Free up to 1 day before the start. Later cancellations are charged 50%.

  • Minimum booking

    1 hour

  • Advance notice

    Book at least 1 hour before you arrive.

  • Book ahead

    Reserve up to 180 days in advance.

  • Room reset

    Rooms are prepared for 15 minutes between bookings.

  • Changes & extensions

    Reschedule up to 6 hours before the start, or extend from your dashboard if the space is free.

  • No-shows

    Bookings not checked in within 20 minutes are charged 100%.

Search by city, space type and date, choose a space, select your time or plan and pay securely online. You will receive an instant confirmation by email, and the booking will appear in your dashboard.

The free cancellation window depends on the space type. Meeting rooms and hourly offices can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time, conference rooms up to 72 hours before, and monthly offices up to 7 days before. Later cancellations may incur a fee, which is shown before you confirm.

Yes. You can reschedule or extend a booking from your dashboard as long as the space is available for the new time. Any price difference is calculated automatically before you confirm the change.

No. All prices are shown in AED and the total at checkout is what you pay, so you always see the full amount before you confirm.

You can pay online by debit or credit card through our secure payment provider. Approved corporate accounts can also choose to pay by monthly invoice.

Yes. An invoice is issued automatically for every paid booking. You can download all your invoices from the billing section of your dashboard, and add your company details to your profile so they appear on future invoices.
