These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Al Hamriya Business Center website and services (the "Platform"), operated by Al Hamriya Business Center, a limited liability company established in Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("Al Hamriya Business Center", "we", "us"). By creating an account or making a booking, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that company.
1. Our services
Al Hamriya Business Center allows users to search for, book and manage flexible workspace, including private offices, coworking desks, meeting rooms, conference rooms, access plans and virtual offices, in centres across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah. Some spaces are operated directly by Al Hamriya Business Center and others by partner operators.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information and keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Booking and payment
- All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED), and the total shown at checkout is the amount payable.
- A booking is confirmed only once payment has been authorised, or, for approved corporate accounts, once the booking has been accepted on invoice terms.
- Card payments are processed online by our third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
- An invoice is issued for every paid booking and is available in your dashboard.
4. Cancellations and changes
The free cancellation window depends on the space type and is shown before you confirm your booking. As a general guide:
- Meeting rooms and hourly offices: free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start time.
- Conference rooms and event spaces: free cancellation up to 72 hours before the start time.
- Monthly offices: free cancellation up to 7 days before the start date.
Cancellations made after the applicable window may incur a late cancellation fee of up to the full booking value, as shown on the space page. No-shows are charged in full. You may reschedule or extend a booking from your dashboard if the space is available, and any price difference will be charged or credited.
If we or an operator must cancel a booking because a space is unavailable, we will offer a comparable alternative or a full refund.
5. Use of spaces and house rules
You and your guests must use spaces responsibly and in line with applicable UAE laws and each centre's house rules. In particular, you agree to:
- use spaces only for lawful business purposes and within the booked time and capacity;
- respect other members, keep noise to a reasonable level and follow reception instructions;
- not bring prohibited items, cause damage, or install equipment without permission;
- observe public decency standards and local customs, including during Ramadan;
- take responsibility for your guests and for any damage caused beyond normal wear and tear.
We or the operator may refuse entry or end a booking without refund if these rules are seriously or repeatedly breached.
6. Memberships and auto-renewal
Access plans (Basic, Business, Premium and Enterprise) and other monthly memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period and are charged to your saved payment method or added to your corporate invoice, until cancelled. You can cancel from your dashboard at any time before the renewal date, and cancellation takes effect from the next billing period. Credits and included meeting-room hours reset at the start of each billing month and do not roll over or have cash value. We will notify you of any price change before renewal.
7. Virtual office and business address services
A virtual office provides a business address, mail handling and meeting-room hours as described in your plan. You must not use the address for unlawful purposes or in a misleading way. Where we or an operator provide documents to support a trade licence, visa or other registration, we do not guarantee that any licence, permit or approval will be granted, renewed or maintained by the relevant authorities, whose decisions are entirely their own. Business registration support is an optional paid service offered where applicable. When your plan ends, you must stop using the address.
8. Corporate accounts and invoicing
Corporate accounts may add team members, set booking permissions and, once approved, pay by consolidated monthly invoice. Invoices are payable within the stated terms, and we may suspend booking rights for overdue accounts. The company is responsible for all bookings made by its authorised users.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- we do not guarantee uninterrupted internet or other centre services;
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, business or data;
- we are not responsible for personal belongings left in any space;
- our total liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time and will notify you of material changes. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
