What is Al Hamriya Business Center?

Al Hamriya Business Center is a UAE platform for flexible workspace. You can search, compare and book private offices, coworking desks, meeting rooms, conference rooms and virtual offices in managed centres, then manage everything from one dashboard.

Which cities do you cover?

We currently list centres in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah, with new locations added regularly. Use the location filter on the search page to see what is available near you.

Are centres open at the weekend?

The UAE weekend is Saturday and Sunday, and many of our centres stay open on those days. Opening hours are shown on each space page, including any changes during public holidays.

Booking

How do I book a space?

Search by city, space type and date, choose a space, select your time or plan and pay securely online. You will receive an instant confirmation by email, and the booking will appear in your dashboard.

What is your cancellation policy?

The free cancellation window depends on the space type. Meeting rooms and hourly offices can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time, conference rooms up to 72 hours before, and monthly offices up to 7 days before. Later cancellations may incur a fee, which is shown before you confirm.

Can I reschedule or extend a booking?

Yes. You can reschedule or extend a booking from your dashboard as long as the space is available for the new time. Any price difference is calculated automatically before you confirm the change.

Payments & invoices

Are there any hidden fees?

No. All prices are shown in AED and the total at checkout is what you pay, so you always see the full amount before you confirm.

Which payment methods do you accept?

You can pay online by debit or credit card through our secure payment provider. Approved corporate accounts can also choose to pay by monthly invoice.

Will I receive an invoice?

Yes. An invoice is issued automatically for every paid booking. You can download all your invoices from the billing section of your dashboard, and add your company details to your profile so they appear on future invoices.

Memberships

What access plans are available?

We offer four access plans: Basic, Business, Premium and Enterprise. They differ in the number of coworking days, the centres you can use and the meeting-room hours included each month. Enterprise plans are tailored to larger teams.

Do unused credits roll over to the next month?

No. Membership credits and included meeting-room hours reset at the start of each billing month and do not carry over, so we recommend planning your bookings to use them within the month.

Can I upgrade, downgrade or cancel my membership?

Yes. Upgrades take effect straight away, while downgrades and cancellations apply from your next billing month. Memberships renew automatically until cancelled, and you can manage this at any time from your dashboard.

Corporate

How does a corporate account work?

A corporate account lets you add team members, assign access plans, set booking permissions and see all company bookings in one place. Administrators can view usage reports and download invoices for the whole organisation.

Can my company pay by monthly invoice?

Yes. Once your corporate account is approved, bookings made by your team can be consolidated into a single monthly invoice with agreed payment terms, instead of paying by card for each booking.

Can you find space for a whole team or project?

Yes. Our corporate team can shortlist private offices, project rooms and event spaces across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah based on your headcount, budget and preferred locations, and arrange viewings before you commit.

Virtual office & business address

What is included in a virtual office?

A virtual office includes a professional business address in one of our centres, mail handling with arrival notifications and a monthly allowance of meeting-room hours. Exact inclusions are listed on each plan.

Can I use a virtual office for my trade licence?

It depends on the licensing authority and your business activity. Some authorities accept a virtual or flexi-desk address, while others require a physical office or a registered tenancy contract. Please check the current requirements with your authority before booking. Approval of any licence remains at the discretion of the authorities.

Do you help with business registration?

Where applicable, business registration support is available as an optional paid service through selected centres. It is separate from the virtual office plan, and fees are confirmed before any work begins.
