Booking rules

• Cancellation

  Minimum two hours, booked at least a day ahead. Free cancellation up to 72 hours before the event; 50% after that.

• Minimum booking

  2 hours

• Advance notice

  Book at least 1 day before you arrive.

• Room reset

  Rooms are prepared for 30 minutes between bookings.

• Check-in

  Check in within 30 minutes of your start time, or the booking may be marked as a no-show.

• Changes & extensions

  Reschedule up to 48 hours before the start, or extend from your dashboard if the space is free.
