Note: This is a template privacy policy and must be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before launch.

This Privacy Policy explains how Al Hamriya Business Center, a company established in Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("Al Hamriya Business Center", "we", "us"), collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you use our website, booking platform and related services (the "Platform"). We are committed to handling your information responsibly and in line with applicable UAE data protection laws.

1. Data we collect

Depending on how you use the Platform, we may collect:

  • Account and contact details: name, email address, mobile number, password (stored in encrypted form) and preferred language.
  • Company details: company name, billing address and details of team members added to a corporate account.
  • Booking information: spaces booked, dates, times, attendees, special requests and booking history.
  • Payment information: transaction references, amounts, the last four digits and expiry date of your card, and invoice records. Full card numbers are handled by our payment providers, not by Al Hamriya Business Center.
  • Virtual office information: identification and business documents you provide, and records of mail received on your behalf.
  • Centre access information: check-in records and, where a centre uses them, access card logs and visitor registrations.
  • Technical and usage data: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, search queries and cookie identifiers.
  • Communications: messages, reviews, support requests and your marketing preferences.

2. How we use your data

  • To create and manage your account and verify your identity.
  • To process bookings, payments, refunds and invoices.
  • To share necessary details with the centre or operator hosting your booking.
  • To provide customer support and send service messages such as confirmations, reminders and changes.
  • To improve the Platform, including search results and recommendations, using aggregated and analysed usage data.
  • To send marketing communications where you have agreed to receive them.
  • To prevent fraud, keep centres and the Platform secure, and comply with legal, tax and regulatory obligations.

3. Legal basis for processing

We process personal data in accordance with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and other applicable laws. Depending on the activity, we rely on the performance of a contract with you (for example, completing a booking), compliance with legal obligations (such as tax record keeping), our legitimate business interests (such as keeping the Platform secure and improving our services) where these are not overridden by your rights, and your consent (for example, for marketing emails and non-essential cookies). Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

4. Sharing your data

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where necessary with:

  • Centre operators who host your booking, so they can welcome you and provide the service.
  • Payment processors: card payments are handled by PCI-DSS compliant payment service providers. Your full card details are entered directly with them and are not stored by Al Hamriya Business Center.
  • Service providers who support us with hosting, email delivery, analytics, customer support and accounting, under contracts that require them to protect your data.
  • Your company, if you book through a corporate account, which can see bookings and usage linked to that account.
  • Authorities and advisers where required by law, court order or to protect our legal rights.

Some of our service providers may process data outside the UAE. Where this happens, we take steps to ensure an adequate level of protection in line with applicable law.

5. Data retention

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes described above. Booking and invoice records are retained for the period required by UAE tax and commercial laws. Account data is kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to handle queries or disputes. When data is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it securely.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:

  • request access to the personal data we hold about you;
  • ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • request deletion of your data where it is no longer required;
  • restrict or object to certain processing, including direct marketing;
  • request a copy of your data in a structured, commonly used format;
  • withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing.

You can update most details from your dashboard or contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and we will reply within the time frames required by law.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, remember your language and secure your session. With your consent, we also use analytics and preference cookies to understand how the Platform is used and to improve it. You can manage cookie preferences through the cookie banner or your browser settings, although disabling essential cookies may affect how the Platform works.

8. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, access controls, regular security reviews and staff confidentiality obligations. Please use a strong, unique password and contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

9. Children

The Platform is intended for business users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time and will notify you of significant changes.
